LIZZY WILLIAMS

Lizzy Williams joined The Lighthouse in June 2023. Born and raised in Manhattan, Lizzy began her recovery journey in 2020. She attended Parson School of Design, where she studied Fine Arts and Fashion Design. Art continues to be a major part of her life and plays a significant role in her ecovery process, providing a creative outlet for expression, self-discovery and healing. Lizzy is continuing her education at Fairfield University and is working toward the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. Lizzy previously worked at another women’s sober living residence, and she and is an active member of the Fairfield County recovery community. She believes that with hope, laughter and the space to heal, anything is possible.
