JACK CLAYDON
Jack joined the team as a manager at the men’s residence in March 2016, making him the first-ever Lighthouse employee. Since then, he has held various roles at The Lighthouse, including residential manager, recovery coach and business development associate. Jack is a certified Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), and is in the process of becoming a certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.
Jack is involved in numerous recovery-focused organizations in the area. He serves on the Board of the Connecticut Alliance of Recovery Residences (CTARR) and the New Canaan Recovery Corps (NCRC), which he co-founded. He is also a member of the Stamford Reentry Roundtable.
Before joining The Lighthouse, Jack practiced law for 25 years. He is a graduate of Boston College and Fordham Law School.
Jack enjoys working with residents and believes that life-changing transformations can occur at The Lighthouse for anyone willing to put in the work.
