FABRICE DENIS
Fabrice began working at The Lighthouse men’s residence in September 2017. Prior to joining the team, he was the head chef and owner of Voila! Bistro in Fairfield, Connecticut for more than 14 years. He also served as head chef at the award-winning White Horse Country Pub & Restaurant in Marbledale, Connecticut.
Fabrice is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute.
