LIZ CLARK, RCP

Liz joined the Lighthouse in 2022, and has worked as a house manager, interim director, and recovery coach. She was certified as a recovery coach in 2018 and certified as a level 1 ITC family coach in 2024. Liz has been in recovery herself since 2009. She is incredibly passionate about the transformative process that occurs once one begins the daunting journey of recovery, and the ability to learn and heal through compassionate connection, self-exploration and accountability. Liz attributes the willingness of others who graciously helped and supported her along in own journey
Aside from recovery, Liz is equally as passionate about horses and pretty much all animals. She lives in Ridgefield, CT with her husband and two black Labradors. She enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and riding horses!

Liz grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut and graduated from Skidmore College. She worked in advertising and fashion before moving into the recovery field in 2018. She worked at another women’s sober house prior to joining the Lighthouse. Liz also works at Silver Hill Hospital as a Residential Counselor.
