KRISTIN FRANK, MAT

Kristin brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, outreach, and business development across behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment. She is a relationship-driven leader with a strong track record of building trusted referral networks and meaningful partnerships that help individuals and families access timely, appropriate care.

In her role, Kristin leads community outreach and partnership development with mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations throughout the region. Known for her collaborative approach, she works closely with clinical and admissions teams to ensure clear communication, strong provider education, and smooth pathways into treatment. Kristin’s work is guided by both professional expertise and personal insight, shaped by her lived experience of loving someone through their recovery journey.

Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marist College and a master’s degree in teaching from Sacred Heart University. She lives in Trumbull, Connecticut, with her husband, two children, and two cats, and remains deeply committed to strengthening community connections that support long-term recovery.
